How can I order a video from ShowTimes?
Simply - on our website www.showtimes.sk, find a person from whom you would like to receive a video. When ordering, you describe the details you want the video to contain (who it is for, on what occasion, etc.) and make the payment through the payment gateway. Once payment is accepted, your video request will be sent to the personality for processing.
Is it guaranteed that the person will actually fulfill my order?
Each order is decided by the personality itself. By default, the video will be sent to you within 7 days (or 24 hours, if you specify express delivery when ordering). However, it may happen that the request expires after 7 days. The reason is usually the lack of personal time or unexpected events. We are all only human. In the event that your request is canceled for any reason, we will refund the full amount you paid to your account. However, we will be happy if you try to order a video from another personality.
How long do I have to wait for my order to be processed?
By default, personalities have 7 days to upload a video (or 24 hours for express delivery), but in most cases the video will be delivered to you before this time limit has passed. As soon as the video is available, you will receive an SMS message and an email with a link to the video. You can easily forward this video, download it to your device or share the link.
If your order is not fulfilled within 7 days, you will receive an email informing you that the request has expired. It may also be in the SPAM directory.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes. We send the invoice by email at the moment when the video request is completed and the video is delivered. If the request expires and is cancelled, we will refund the amount paid in full and therefore we will not send an invoice.
How much does such a video cost and why do celebrities have different prices?
The prices are set by the famous personalities themselves, depending on how much video recording capacity they have at that time. Therefore, prices may change over time even for your favorite personality.
How will the video be delivered to me?
When the video is ready, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS message (depending on what you chose when ordering). Attention - after delivery, you can no longer change the customer's contact details. You will get a link to the video so you can download it directly or forward share it further.
How can I pay for my order?
When you create an order, the money will be blocked on your account. If your order is not processed on time (7 days or 24 hours for express delivery), we will unblock the funds and return the money to the same account.

How long will my ordered video be available?
Videos do not have a time limit, so when they are delivered to you via SMS or email, you can download the video and return to it at any time. Your experience will last a lifetime.
Can I also order a video for a company?
Yes, but it depends on the celebrity itself. Personalities decide independently whether they are interested in offering videos for companies. However, if they offer such videos, you will see this service on their profile with a separate price.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with the video?
Personality can interpret your order and video description according to their artistic freedom. However, there may be obvious errors in the video, such as wrong name, bad audio, etc. In that case, you can contact us at email@example.com and ask for help.
I would like to modify or cancel my order.
If the order has not yet been completed by the celebrity, our team can help you modify or cancel the order.
Please note, however, that there are no guarantees for such changes or cancellations. This is because the person can process your original order before support has the opportunity to process the changes you request.
